Idk OP find something you really enjoy doing it, try something new, tree from copper sound amazing. I've been growing orchid in my backyard, doesnt sell really good here, but i enjoy growing it though.. fun hobby for my self.

What about blacksmithing? How big is your basement? If you like metalwork, maybe forging small knives etc could work for you. I’ve seen some very small forges, so I think it could be possible
